By accessing or using the checkout, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always available at this URL. Continued use of the checkout after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders placed with pricing or product errors.

• Sales tax (where applicable) is calculated based on the destination address and added before payment confirmation.
• Card information is processed by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). We never see, store, or transmit raw card data.
• Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe Link.

Physical orders ship to the address you provide at checkout. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with carrier tracking information. Delivery times are estimates only and depend on the carrier and destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: eligible orders may be refunded within 30 days of the transaction. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the product is defective.

You agree not to:

• Use the checkout for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the checkout, our servers, or any related systems.
• Submit fraudulent payment information or use stolen card data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the checkout infrastructure.

We may, at our discretion, suspend or cancel orders that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

The checkout and the products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by applicable consumer protection law. Manufacturer warranties (where applicable) accompany the product and are honored separately by the manufacturer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated to recent customers by email when reasonably practicable.
