Refund Policy

Effective: September 17, 2025

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when you're eligible for a refund, how to request one, and how long it takes.

01.30-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 30 days of the transaction date, provided your order meets the eligibility criteria below. The 30-day period starts on the day your card was charged.

02.Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Physical items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • Digital items must not have been redeemed, downloaded, or activated.
  • Personalized or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Defective products are always eligible — we cover return shipping and refund the full amount.

03.How to Request a Refund

Reply to your order confirmation email with:

  • Your order number (visible in the email subject and body).
  • The reason for the refund.
  • Photos of the product if it arrived damaged or defective.

We'll confirm receipt within one business day and respond with the next steps. For physical returns, we'll provide a return shipping address (and a prepaid label if the product is defective).

04.Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective or damaged on arrival, we cover both the original shipping and return shipping costs.
  • If you simply changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

05.Refund Processing Time

Once we approve your refund:

  • The refund is issued to your original payment method.
  • It is processed by Stripe within 5 business days of approval.
  • Your card issuer or bank then takes an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit to your statement, depending on the institution.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is initiated.

06.Returning Physical Items

For physical returns, please:

  • Pack the item securely in its original box (or equivalent protection).
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation inside the package.
  • Use a tracked shipping service — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit without tracking.

07.Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after purchase.
  • Items returned without their original packaging or showing signs of use beyond reasonable inspection.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order goods (unless defective).
  • Digital items already redeemed, downloaded, or activated.
  • Gift cards and store credit, where applicable.
